These Terms govern access to and use of the Maple Vaultis platform, including all analytics, data feeds, and decision-support outputs made available through our interfaces. Please read them carefully before using the service.

Draft notice: this document is a general, editable template. It does not constitute legal advice, has not been reviewed by counsel in any jurisdiction, and should be adapted with qualified legal review before use in a live commercial environment.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or otherwise using any service offered under the Maple Vaultis name ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Continued use of the Service following any posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Maple Vaultis provides software tools that process publicly available and licensed market data through automated models to generate analytical outputs, scores, and informational signals. The Service is a data-analysis and decision-support tool only. It does not place trades, manage accounts, custody assets, or provide individualised financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Outputs generated by the Service are informational in nature and are provided "as is." They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any instrument, and no output should be treated as a guarantee of any future outcome.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or source data of the Service; (b) resell, sublicense, or redistribute outputs of the Service without authorisation; (c) use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure; or (e) use automated means to access the Service outside of any interfaces we expressly provide for that purpose.
5. No Financial Advice; Risk Disclosure
Nothing provided through the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and Maple Vaultis is not acting as a broker, adviser, or fiduciary in any capacity. All trading and investment decisions remain solely your responsibility. Markets are volatile and unpredictable; capital is at risk, and past performance of any signal, model, or log entry is not indicative of future results. You should seek independent professional advice appropriate to your personal circumstances before making any financial decision.
6. Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing
Certain features of the Service may be offered under paid subscription plans. Fees, billing cycles, and any trial terms will be presented at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. We reserve the right to modify pricing for future billing cycles with reasonable advance notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, models, documentation, design elements, and content made available through the Service are the property of Maple Vaultis or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted by implication or otherwise.
8. Third-Party Data and Services
The Service may incorporate data, integrations, or links to third-party sources. Maple Vaultis does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party data or services, and inclusion of such data does not constitute an endorsement.
9. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime, delayed data, or interrupted access.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maple Vaultis, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maple Vaultis and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or where continued access poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time, subject to any outstanding subscription obligations.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Maple Vaultis is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This section is provided as a general placeholder; specify an appropriate governing law and dispute-resolution mechanism before publishing.
15. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Maple Vaultis regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on this subject.
